DATA STORAGE SECURITY

Your data stays in the EU, encrypted and under your control.

Every document, deal and message in Closva is stored securely in the EU. You decide who sees what, and every step is recorded.

  • Stored in the EU

    Documents, deal data and messages are stored on Supabase, running in Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centres in the EU.

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest

    Every connection to Closva is encrypted with TLS, and stored data is encrypted at rest.

  • Encrypted backups in the EU

    Regular backups are encrypted and kept in the EU, so your data can be restored if something goes wrong.

  • Access file by file

    Approve access per folder and file, keep each buyer group separate and decide when anything is released.

  • A complete audit trail

    Every release, opening and change is recorded, so your team can see who did what, and when.

  • Secure sign-in

    Users sign in with a username, password and two-factor verification, or with single sign-on. SCIM keeps your users up to date automatically.

GDPR and a data processing agreement

Closva processes personal data in line with the GDPR, and we sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with our customers.

AI SECURITY

AI that works for you, not on your data.

ClosvAI is built into Closva and runs in a closed environment. The same rules apply to the AI as to the people on your team.

  • A closed environment in Sweden

    ClosvAI runs in a closed environment on a server in Sweden, inside the EU. Your data stays there while the AI works on it.

  • Never trained on your data

    Your documents and deal data are never used to train ClosvAI or any other model.

  • Sees only what you can see

    The AI works with the same permissions as the person who asks. Nothing outside their access is read or shown.

  • Asks before it changes anything

    Anything that changes a deal, such as moving a stage or notifying the team, waits for your confirmation.

  • Every AI action is logged

    What the AI reads, drafts and changes is recorded in the audit trail, like any other action in Closva.

  • Your own assistant, on your terms

    With the MCP server, you choose whether to connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or Mistral. It only reaches what your user can access.

Security questions

Where is our data stored?

On Supabase, running on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the EU. Backups are encrypted and also kept in the EU.

Is our data encrypted?

Yes. All traffic to and from Closva is encrypted with TLS, and stored data, including backups, is encrypted at rest.

Does ClosvAI train on our data?

No. ClosvAI runs in a closed environment on a server in Sweden and never trains on customer data.

Can we sign a data processing agreement?

Yes. Closva complies with the GDPR, and we sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with customers. Ask us for a copy.

What happens if we connect ChatGPT or Claude through MCP?

A connected assistant can only reach what your user can access, every action is logged and anything that changes a deal needs your confirmation. What the assistant processes is covered by your agreement with its provider, so you decide whether to connect one.

How do users sign in?

With a username, password and two-factor verification, or with single sign-on through Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. SCIM user provisioning keeps your users up to date automatically.
