Johannes combines business development, product thinking and hands-on technology experience from startups and established companies, including Berg-Hansen, VARD and ViLeier. He brings a strong understanding of digital platforms, commercial strategy, stakeholder needs and how complex business processes can be turned into simple user experiences.

Daniel is a software engineer with experience building compliance software, data platforms and scalable digital systems. As Co-Founder and CTO of Closva, he is responsible for building a secure, reliable and professional platform for SMB transactions.

Ulrik is a founder of Global Pivot Equity (G.P.E.), an advisory firm specializing in cross-border M&A transactions and capital market solutions. He has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing M&A teams and executing buy-side and sell-side mandates, capital raises and complex special situation transactions in the mid-market segment.

Andreas leads sales and strategic partnerships, helping M&A advisors and SME business owners use Closva to manage transactions more safely and efficiently. He holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) and a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development from BI Norwegian Business School.

Tensae connects law and product. She works with agreements, due diligence and data rooms, privacy and risk, and with translating legal work into safe user journeys and platform content. She has a bachelor's degree in law from USN and a master's degree in law from the University of Copenhagen.

Per holds an MBA and is an active investor with extensive executive and board experience at companies including StrongPoint, Innovation Norway and Nycomed. His expertise spans growth strategy, international expansion, financing, M&A and negotiations. He combines experience in restructuring and change management with an ability to build trust and bring people together around shared goals.
